About the Role:

This Associate Analyst position is part of the Risk Management Services (RMS) team under Global Delivery Services (GDS). You will work with EY’s global audit teams and support functions to ensure compliance with Independence policies, vital for maintaining the firm's integrity and reputation as an independent auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply EY Global Independence policies
• Review client documents and evaluate completeness and accuracy
• Perform reconciliation and update internal tools with verified data
• Conduct secondary research on client structures and affiliations
• Communicate with audit/pursuit teams for clarifications and data completion
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing sessions

Qualification Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or related domain
• 0–1 year of experience in research, analysis, or client interaction
• Strong communication in English (verbal and written)
• Preferred: prior exposure to risk/compliance/independence functions

Technologies and Tools:

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with internal research tools (preferred but not mandatory)
